To illustrate that not all of the arts happen on stage, half of the Gallery 37+ groups have put together artwork for exhibition, which includes light boxes, photography, film, blogs and more.

West Leeds CLC

Blogs made by each participant give an insight into the people the group met and the places they visited. Through access to industry standard equipment the group have acquired a plethora of new skills operating cameras, auto-cue, green screen on location recording, editing, soundtrack recording, and lighting.

Pavilion/Studio 12

The photography group have produced and curated Eyewitness, an exhibition of photographic images that explore issues around crime, youth culture and self- identity. Eyewitness participants have developed technical and creative skills in portrait, forensics and staged crime scene photography. Over the past five weeks the group have collaborated with visiting artists to create a series of images that are deliberately unsettling, challenging us to consider the stories behind them.
