Do you have a hobby or passion you’d like to share with the world? Are you part of a club, organisation or group of like-minded enthusiasts? Would you like to find out about things to do and to get involved in locally?
On November 30th the Festival of Pastimes - a celebration of spare-time, amateur and self-organised activity - comes to South Square Gallery, Thornton. The event will be an opportunity for hobbyists and enthusiasts of all sorts to come together and share what they do. Previous festivals have brought together a range of people and interests: from socialist football teams to amateur choirs, scooter clubs, hot air balloonists, knitters and natterers, Sunday painters, accordion orchestras and marquetry.
