An exhibition of new work by Manchester-based artist and illustrator John Powell-Jones, whose practice takes inspiration from ancient folklore, mythology, alchemy, and witchcraft – to comics, horror, and animation.
John's new cassette release 'Into The Abyss' was launched at the show and is available to listen to here. The cassette is accompanied by a print and hand-cast and painted .incense head'.
To accompany the exhibition, John also launched a new editioned riso-printed BOOK (hand bound and stitched, edition of 40) and PRINT (A3 4 colour riso, edition of 30) - both available to buy HERE.
